Terms & Conditions
Passengers are requested to take care of their valuable belongings like jewelry and cash. Management is not responsible for loss, damages or consequences due to any accident, thefts, fire, flood or natural disasters or uncontrollable circumstances. Management has limited liabilities till Rs. 1000/-   for other than above reasons. No further claims will be entertained, and decision of management will be final.
  • The arrival and departure timings mentioned on the ticket are pre-scheduled. Departure and arrival of the buses may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances viz. traffic jam, natural calamities and roadblock etc. however no bus will leave the boarding point before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • Passengers will be required to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure time of the bus.
  • Passengers will be required to furnish the following prior to boarding the bus, failing which, they may not be allowed to board the bus
    a) A copy of the ticket (print out of the ticket or hard copy of the ticket e-mail)
    b) Proof of ID (original - Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card, Student ID Card, Voter ID Card etc.)
  • Unless explicitly mentioned on the ticket, neither NueGo nor any of its travel partners will take the responsibility of picking up passengers at their places of choice.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident. Any passenger carrying cash or goods valued more than Rs. 1000/- must bring it into the notice of the operating personnel of the company at the time of journey. Carrying of any undisclosed currency /goods will thus be the sole responsibility of the passenger and the company will not be responsible or entertain any such claim from any passenger due to misplacement or theft of such items during the course of journey.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to break down of the vehicle or any other reason beyond the control of the Company.
  • The trips will be subject to cancellation of booking or postponement due to break down of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances passengers will be informed through phone / e-mail /sms as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the mid-way. Baggage and luggage will be booked at owner’s risk subjected to the acceptance by NueGo and / or its business partners.
  • The refunded money against cancellations through NueGo will be transferred back to the passenger as per mode of purchase of ticket.
  • Video and Air conditioning quality in the buses are not guaranteed.
  • NueGo Management reserves the right to reorganise the seats of the buses under special circumstances.
  • If any ticket is cancelled, service tax cannot be refunded due to statutory reasons.
  • No Pet would be allowed.
  • Any legitimate claim based on the above terms and conditions must be lodged within 72 hours of journey with the company.
The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made. Ladies are allowed to book next to ladies only. In case of gents booking, they shall be shifted to another seat.
  • Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage.
  • No refund is permissible for cancellation of tickets which have been postponed/preponed. Cash coupons will not be issued in this case as well.
  • For Special Services, Cancellation is not allowed.
  • Station departure is the starting point of the journey, the first boarding point.
  • If the age of the child is 5 years or More than 5 years Full ticket need to purchase.
  • Customers are solely responsible for carriage of their handbag / personal belongings and NueGo will not be liable for any loss/damage of their hand baggage / personal belongings.
  • NueGo shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in Checked Baggage as per the provisions of the Conditions of Carriage (including, without limitation, fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, jewellery, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, camera, TV, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents).
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, cartons and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs and dimension of a Checked-in Baggage must not exceed L 152 cm x W 58 cm x H 101 cm. Excess baggage will be charged as per the NueGo travels rules. NueGo travels shall not take responsibility in the event of loss/theft or damage to the passenger luggage. NueGo Travels reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, weather conditions etc.
  • Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name changes are not permitted.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency.
  • Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus during journey
  • Passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the Bus.
  • Consuming alcohol in the service buses is strictly prohibited as it creates inconvenience for Co-Passengers.
  • Eating any kind of outside food except the snacks offered by NueGo Travels is not allowed inside the service bus as it emanates/Spreads the smell in the A/c vehicle and affects the other passengers.
  • In case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will be charged.
  • Video Air Conditioning wifi Headsets on the buses is not guaranteed. It is complimentary only and No video will be played between 12 Am to 6:00 am.
  • Seats will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability)
  • The cancellation refund will be provided on the same mode of payment which was used for booking. In case of cash bookings at Agent counters, please connect back with the Agent.
  • Coupon can be used only once if any difference amount cannot be processed for refund.
  • In the event there are any inconsistencies in the terms provided in the Terms and Conditions and the Baggage Policy, then the terms mentioned under the Baggage Policy shall prevail.

  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Refund of partial cancellation will be processed after your journey date.
  • Ticket Cancellation Can Be Before 1 Minutes of Journey From Pickup Time.
  • It Is Rights Of GreenCell Mobility To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only. No cancellation request will be entertained by any branch or agent office.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 7 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • If any customer choose extra benefit option while cancelletion they will get refund amount in their GreenCell Mobility wallet, By any means amount will not be credit in their bank account niether it can be transfer to bank account. 
No further arguments will be taken into consideration. UAT B2C may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control.
In such circumstances UAT B2C shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next UAT B2C service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.
